I made the decision to become a leased operator with swift, the whole process was smooth. I spoke with a lot of owners before i committed to the contract, and they all said it was worth it that the first few weeks were obviously going to be hard until you get the hang of it. The thing is. Payroll is from Thursday-Wednesday get paid mondays.
Freights are always low on friday-monday. Ive profited $500-$1000 since i became a “owner” because the way payroll dates and the loads are. Im either profiting $100 or im owing $2,000 are there any swift owners on here that can help a brother out. What the hell am i doing wrong? I wish i can do DAT loadboard loads bevause swifts loadboard has not been kind to me. I spend days without eating because im not making anything.
