Hey everyone! I wasn’t able to find an answer to that online, so hoping to get some answers here.

I got a used OWC thunderbolt 4 dock station with the original power adapter through eBay, but it ended up not powering on. Instead, the power adapter kept making a beeping sound every half a second or so.

I returned the dock, and got another one through eBay, but this one has the same issue. I tried connecting directly to the outlet and to the power strip, but neither option worked. Does someone know anything about that? Is it just my luck on eBay? Or something else?
