I think this hands look shockingly good given my current abilities, but I feel they're still a tad off. I need a second opinion please.

For reference, the way I draw hands is I first draw the general shape of the hand as a roughly rectangular shape, then I cut fingers out of the shape. Is this a bad method or should I just practice more?
