Hey everyone. Only went to confession once when I was little, and now at 25 I guess it's never too late to do the right thing.

I wanna know a bit more about the nuances. Like, what if I commited a sin and don't remember it anymore? Also, do I need to say that I commited X sin a specific amount of times? If I don't know how many times I did it, is saying "plenty of times" good enough? What if I commited a sin but don't know that it's a sin (and therefore don't confess it), how does it work?

Also gotta note that I'm from Brazil, but I'd guess that the guideliness are more or less the same globally. Other general tips are also welcome. May the Lord bless us all!
