(23M) I’ve been dealing with this going on a year and I finally got a weight-bearing MRI and these were the results! I was told that with how young I am I have a good chance at making up good recovery but it’s been going on for so long! it’s not completely debilitating but seriously considering an epidural in hopes that it could take some of the edge off so I can go back to work does anybody have any recommendations or insight on these results

I’m 23M, about a year ago I hurt my back moving a hot tub full of water, I was originally bedridden for two months and eventually started feeling good enough to maybe go back to work witch I did, thinking it wasn’t anything serious, but after prolonged pain and discomfort a few months later, I got an x-ray and MRI witch showed nothing significant, but the pain persisted. I finally ended up doing physical therapy, and have gone to the chiropractor which has ultimately done nothing for me. The only reason I’m assuming I have some sort of nerve compression is because the chiropractor said your L5 S1 looked slightly compressed when he took a look at the x-ray, I am now waiting to get a weight-bearing MRI( but my doctors suck).

I am very young and I work in a very physically demanding field of construction and I feel like I’m losing it!

The pain is very inconsistent and is mainly in my lower back on the left-hand side stiff with a pinch and maybe slight sciatic pain in the left leg. The pain usually comes after standing or going for a walk which to relieve I have to squat down and bend over to take pressure off my back! I’ve been taking great care of myself and trying to do better. I’ve lost 30 pounds and I make sure to stretch and take care of my lower back, but I have seen no improvement really! And i’ve been using an inversion table which grants instant relief if I’m feeling something, but the pain returns!

I’ve also been taking the peptide ARA 290 and BPC 157 TB 500 Blend to see if it helps, also looking into getting acupuncture or dry needling done

I’m just wondering if anybody has similar stories with any positive outcomes!
