Hello all, I’ve been experiencing heart palpitations every single night at right around the same time. Around 3-5am every night I wake up with these palpitations that feel like a hard thump or like 2 thumps in a row. The thump occurs about every 20-30 seconds and the episode lasts like 20-30 minutes. It seems to go away faster if I’m sitting up or standing as opposed to lying down. Please help! What could these be?

Just got my bloodwork back and all my numbers are high all around. I’m 32 M. High cholesterol runs on both sides of my family. I’m scared and spiraling thinking about all the plaque that’s been building for who knows how many years. I have major health anxiety which isn’t helping. Cardiologist scheduled for Wednesday and Im open to any meds they suggest. I’m scared I waited to long to get checked and too much damage is done.
