ignore the silly photo, but i have noticed over the last 3-4 weeks this redness or light discoloration stemming from the sides of my nose down to around my mouth, it looks faint in the image but it’s been causing me hell.

i stopped my differin 2 months ago because i think i damaged my skin barrier, applying any products burnt, and after taking time to heal it, it's come to this, the irritated areas are under my lips and around my mouth, it goes red whenever i do skincare and burns everytime, even with a severely stripped skincare routine. every other burning part of my face has improved except this area and im feeling hopeless.
