I'm in Michigan, and I have a bicycle that was modified by me to have a 2 stroke, 66cc motor powering the bike. the pedals are still installed, it has a headlight (flashlight that I zip tied to the bike), no taillight, and has a top speed of ~25 miles per hour. The only driving license I have is a level 2 Michigan GDL car driver's license. I am 17 years old, and I drive it with a helmet.
