Hey, quick question.
My current setup is Moondrop Chu II, TinHiFi C1, and Kiwi Ears Singolo (planning to sell it since it’s not really my taste).
Right now I’m deciding between the Tangzu x HBB Xuan Nv and the Simgot EW300, both around the same price. I’m also considering whether it’s smarter to just wait and save up for something like the Truthear Hexa or the Simgot EM6L instead.
In terms of preference, I’m not into basshead tuning. I like something closer to the Chu II style, and I’m fine with all-rounders as long as they’re not muddy or fatiguing.
From what I understand, the Xuan Nv is smoother and more vocal-focused, while the EW300 is more energetic and technical.
So what would you pick in this situation? And is it better to just wait and go for Hexa or EM6L instead?
