I've run tests on R and Jamovi with raw data, but have never done it with summary data before. I've been given the following types of table to work on (all fake data, so don't worry if it looks funky). Everything I've done so far has been raw data and now my non-stats boss has asked me to work on summary data I want to make sure I get this right. To check the methods I'm using are ok would anyone be able to double check the figures for these dummy data are ok for me please:
Firstly, using BSDA in RStudio are these values correct?
Table 1 - p = 0.0146
Table 2 - p = 0.00066
Secondly, I'm struggling with Fisher's. I've been asked to do Fisher's Exact but I think where it's larger it should be Fisher-Freeman-Halton. When I do this I get the following, is this correct?
Table 3 - p = 0.758
So I'm essentially asking for a sense check. If my results for the fake data are ok then the work I've done is probably good. If something's wrong here then I need to start again.
I know it's a very newbie question. Being the only person interested in data at work I've become the 'data person' at work and am very cautiously trying to upskill to be useful but am paranoid about making sure its right. Thank you!
