Looking for commission-based SDRs / appointment setters / cold callers to help book qualified sales calls for our outbound infrastructure agency (GTM engineering firm).
We work with doctors, dentists, lawyers, medspas, and other professional service firms in the U.S. and the U.K. to help them generate more qualified consultations, referrals, and clients through outbound and follow-up systems.
Services include:
- Outbound referral systems
- Cold email infrastructure
- LinkedIn outbound systems
- Handwritten mail campaigns
- Lead sourcing + enrichment
- CRM + follow-up automation
- AI-powered outbound workflows
Your role is NOT closing deals.
Your responsibility is generating and booking qualified sales calls onto our calendar through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or other outbound channels.
We’re already running high-volume outbound campaigns and are now looking to bring on someone who can support our efforts through cold calling or their own outreach methods.
Comp:
- $50 per qualified booked meeting (qualified meaning ICP match + attends meeting)
- 15% revenue share on closed deals sourced by you
- Average deal size: ~$2,500
- Typical deal range: $1k–$5k+
- Potential recurring revenue share on retainers
All compensation terms, qualification requirements, and payout structures will be clearly defined and enforced through a written contractor agreement.
We provide:

- Positioning guidance
- Access to sales call recordings/transcripts
- Fulfillment + closing
You handle:
- Outreach execution
- Your own outbound infrastructure/workflow
- Booking qualified meetings
Payment can be handled through Stripe or Wise.
