Which model i should actually buy?

Hello everyone, I’m planning to buy a Zephyrus G14, but I’m really struggling to decide which model makes the most sense for me. Right now I’m considering three options: 2025 G14 with RTX 5080 at 3200 euros; 2025 G14 with RTX 5070 Ti at 2500 euros and the 2026 G14 with RTX 5070 Ti at 3200 euros.

I know all of them are extremely good laptops, but I honestly can’t figure out which one would be the best choice for my needs.

I do play games, and from what I’ve seen the new 2026 5070 Ti model actually performs better in gaming than the 2025 5080 model, mainly thanks to the higher TDP and newer Intel processor. Because of that, the 2026 model feels like the “best” gaming option. It also offers better battery life, a brighter display (600 nits increase over the 2025 models), and a sturdier chassis and screen hinge.

That said, I’m not 100% sure if those improvements are really worth the extra €700 compared to the 2025 5070 Ti model (but after writing them down maybe it is worth it).

Another thing making the decision harder is that I recently found out the RTX 5080 model comes with 16GB of VRAM, which sounds amazing for what would actually be my main workload: 3D modeling, Unity development, and maybe a bit of Unreal Engine as well.

So yeah… I’m kind of stuck and would really appreciate some advice from people who know these machines better than I do. Thank you so much!

Hello, i have a Longer LK5 Pro, i never had any big issue with it untill now: two days ago i started at 15hours print, everything was going great till the 6th hour when the heating element died, i got the error on the screen, powered off my printer, tryed powering on again, resumed the print, bed reached temperature but the nozzle didn't, so i had to change the heating element; changed the heating element with a new one and powered on the printer, i clicked on resume the print, because i wanted to see where the print was left, bed and nozzle reach temperature as normal but the print doesn't resume, i wasn't giving much importance to it so i cancelled that print, but then I tryed to start another one and now (it still does it) bed and nozzle reach temperature but the printer remains still. i have no idea what to do, i checked every cable and it's all connected, the manual bed leveling works perfectly so no problem with the motors, the filament runout sensor it's working because i tryed unplugging it and i get an error only if it's not connected... idk what to do.
