We received our McKesson order this last Friday, it won’t apply. We couldn’t scan the ASN, we turned in tickets, they sent us a thing saying to try typing in the ASN try scanning the ASN again and if not able to update the ticket. We have done that multiple times. Wee still have not been able to apply our order including narcotics. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what to do??
