Judge Tony Graf, the original judge from Reckless Ben's case before it moved to federal, is presiding over the Charlie Kirk case with Tyler Robinson being represented by Kathy Nester, Kouri Richins' lawyer.

Nester is appointed by the state, and Graf is also a baby judge with almost no experience. This is gonna be wild.

Let's just call it what it is. The CPS call was a swatting attempt. Just in this case the swatting was intended for the children.

People had no problem with Ethan and Hila taking legal action when they were swatted in the past. This should be no different. In MY opinion, Ian having that message on his stream coupled with the full context of his previous statements made the whole thing come across like some dogwhistle. It was as if he was presenting a new allegation for snark to run with to use in their calls. Ian is an expert on "concern trolling" after all. This is just another form of swatting. I won't change my mind on this.

Reckless Ben is representing himself yall

I want to believe he has a plan. A reckless plan. But a plan nonetheless.

I fully remember Guy Fieri devouring the fries during this episode of Bert's show "Something's Burning", but now the full episode is PRIVATE. This clip is all that's available. That's suspicious. That's weird.

Here's the link to this clip on YouTube.
