Spellbook and quiver "bag" items that only hold spells and arrows. The slots in those bags fill a dedicated "ghost" hotbar separate from the inventory hotbars that only pops up when actively aiming a staff or bow. Making quick selection even easier with visible icons and cleaning up spell and arrow clutter in the inventory.

The new hotkeys even stop after the first 8 spells so it's already not far off from functioning like its own hotbar already. It just needs a QoL UI glow up.
