Single 31 y/o 5 yr NICU RN looking to pivot to MD/DO. Edu Hx: state university for BSN. Dropped out for health reasons 4th yr w/ 3.4 GPA. Transferred to another state university, had to retake all sciences, graduated w/ BSN w/ 3.3 GPA while working full time and starting/running a non-profit. In order to meet the pre reqs for med school I still need to take a handful of science classes. To meet these requirements, is a post bacc worth the price for potential link program benefit? or will state university classes with a strong MCAT suffice? Appreciative of any guidance, thank you in advance.
