Hey everyone, I was made redundant last year and am in the unenviable position of still looking for a role while having to self validate myself through my own depression.
One thing is really getting to me now though - I've had a few times where I've gotten to the stage of direct manager interviews so 2nd roundish and then just been completely ghosted, no answer at all even after chasing with emails.
Is this the norm now that HR and talent reps just won't front up to rejecting or giving feedback at all? Are other people experiencing this? How are we supposed to improve our positions without feedback?
The entire corporate hiring process is already demoralising enough.
