I have the 3 years for $99 deal (set to end January 2029) on a 2016 Subaru Forester. I have a 2025 MINI whose 1-year free trial is ending.

So I went into the web portal and tried to change the 3/$99 plan from the Forester to the MINI and was offered a $12/mo. new plan. Then I tried a conversation with the chat bot and asked to chat with an agent. The best they offered me was $4 for 12 mo.

What's the best way to have success here? I am 100% OK using the app in the old car (the 2016 Forester). I just want to move my 3/$99 deal to the new radio in the MINI.

I've seen people talk about doing this for 2024 cars, but have people had luck doing this with more recent models? And if so, how?
