I’ve started buying more grass fed beef lately and the difference is honestly pretty noticeable. Better flavour, cleaner taste, less fatty, and it just feels like better quality overall compared to standard supermarket beef. Been using it for steaks, burgers, slow cooks, pretty much everything.

Now I’m trying to find the best spots around Brisbane to buy proper grass fed beef regularly. Keen to hear which local butchers, markets, or farms people actually rate for quality and freshness instead of just good marketing.
