I have some goodish bad news
So... I'm in a bit of a pickle here, I'm more of a hands on type of guy right, I like guns, exercise, sports, medicine etc etc and I recently applied to the defence forces. So initially I thought I did really bad on the cognitive test but it turns out I've got a pretty lengthy list of career opportunities because I'm a very clever boy and some of them are paying entry level over 150,000 a year, I'm 18 and this is obviously alot of money. But here's where the catch is, I know my parents and grandparents are gonna want me to go for these high paying careers but I really wanna be a medic and not even a submariner medic for that matter. I just want to help people, and I mean they'll pay for my degree in paramedicine for when I'm out but paramedics are notoriously underpaid and overworked, I'm just worried my family will disapprove of my choices anyway thanks for reading
