Onslaught awakened vs Serpent unawakened?

I have Seprent 6*Ar5 and he is a beast + the Collective Boost, but he is in some selectors

My Onslaught is already rank 3 and this would be a great boost, does his Sig Ability Level give him a drastic boost?
