I’ve been on the fence for a while now since I’m trying to min-max Fusion Up usage (I have 59), do I go ahead and max out Frost, save it for 1 of the 2 new diamonds, or save them for future cards? (MKII Movie Scorpion specifically in the next update, since I have a plan for MK1 Sub)

I’ve been using Frost a lot recently so it seems like a no-brainer, though I may fuse up Baraka/Shao Kahn to ~F7/8 when they get to F3. Thoughts?

(The picture I included here shows the diamonds have I have left to max, which isn’t many and most of which are useless since I have much better options)
