Where will the new Mecca of Pinot be once climate change cooks burgundy alive?

We all know it getting warmer in Burgundy. We’ve all seen the trend and a lot of us have tasted recent releases. The writing is on the wall. The grape will eventually become incompatible with producing world class wines in that part of the world.

What shining region is going to take the crown in the future for our beloved Pinot? Who’s moving into the sweet spot? Where do you think the new Mecca will be and thus followed by extortion prices?
