HDFC has one of the worst customer care services and their internal teams I can't even begin with.
So I applied for Moneyback+, which I chose as I got 3 options after my CIBIL Score was checked and based on that I got the options, anyways so I applied as per my eligibility, everything was going smooth I even received email stating that my card has been approved, but later the day when I received the card physically and was about to activate it, I got to see that the card was blocked.
Later when I inquired about it, I got to know, and this is interesting, that my card was "anonymously approved" as per customer care executive and there is nothing to be done about it.
I even raised a mail for the same and even they told me that there was issue on their end and when they rechecked the internal validation policy against my account or I don't know what they realized I am not eligible for the card and so blocked my card.
I don't know if I should laugh or be angry on this, I mean an approved credit card which I received physically and then I get to know it is blocked because it is not approved 😂😭
