Okay. I’m in grad school to become a licensed elementary teacher and sub as my day job in hopes of landing a position once I’m licensed. Not holding my breath but just some backstory.
What are some tips on classroom management as a sub because I feel like I’m majorly failing at that part so badly.
Students these days just don’t care nor do they want to listen.
