Is the Introduction to Python Programming that’s advertised for non-technical people entering the policy track worth it? Or are there cheaper and better options?

I’m planning on taking the policy track next year in for fall semester or spring. I’ve heard that there’s 1 class that touches on the technical aspects of cyber security a bit and that’s about it. What Coursera courses do you recommend that I take in advance?
