Minor signs of Strain (Oura) 7w3d pregnant?

Hi everyone, I’m currently 7w3d pregnant with my first pregnancy and feeling really anxious. I haven’t had a lot of the typical symptoms like nausea or vomiting , mostly just tender breasts, fatigue, and headaches. Today my Oura ring gave me a “minor signs of strain” notification, and now I’m spiraling a bit worrying about the possibility of a missed miscarriage. It didn’t say which specific biometrics stand out.

I’ve also been having some light brown spotting, which I know can either be completely normal in early pregnancy or sometimes mean something concerning, so it’s been hard not to overthink every symptom. Some days my symptoms feel stronger than others, which also adds to my anxiety. My first US is in 3 days, and the waiting honestly feels unbearable right now. I guess I’m just looking for reassurance or to hear from anyone who has experienced something similar — especially with Oura notifications during early pregnancy. Did anyone else get these “strain” warnings and go on to have a healthy baby?
