When trying to put together a theory we must look at the basics and the facts. Is the goal for everybody to get back home , or to actually save the children which would be defeating the town/entity. Most overlook the fact that Tabitha made it back to the real world. She was pushed out of the lighthouse and found 3 days later by Hikers. Given the height of the lighthouse it’s safe to say that fall would kill most. So far we’ve seen one person return to the real world and it seems it took a near death situation for that to happen. Was Abby right ? Do you have to die to return home . Also don’t forget Martin asked Boyd the question “ Do you think Abby was right “ . To me that’s not random and the show added that for a reason. In some type of way death or sacrifice will be the only way back home for the townsfolk. Now who and how many has to die is the question that needs to be answered!

clue on the outcome and were on season 4 lmao. I’ve even started watching Lost in the mean time. But it’s not as good as From. Literally no comparison
