MRI guided biopsy could not find original finding

So for about a year now, I have been getting imaging done from my doctor. I live in a rural area, so I have been having to seek extra care from a breast specialist 5 hours away in a bigger city, which means I have 2 doctors (I’ll name them doctor 1 & 2)
I also did genetic testing and have PALB2, and a 26% risk assessment due to family history.
Doctor 1 had me have a mammogram and ultrasound, July 2025 and they found a mass in my right breast. It was very small like 1.5cm. Then a month later has an ultrasound same findings. Had me in biRADS 0.
I had to wait 6 months for an MRI, which I finally was able to get one March 2026 (I will post the findings below)
They had me schedule a MRI guided biopsy with Doctor 2 a couple weeks ago. I got set up in the MRI machine to locate the area they wanted to biopsy, but they told me they could not find what the original doctor saw. I requested a copy of the imaging results, and when I compared the images from doctor 1&2 it was very clear from doctor 1, but slightly visible from doctor 2 but not very obvious. I know a NME can sometimes hide when the breast is compressed certain ways.

Should I get another opinion?

Has anyone had this happen before?

Doctor 1

FINDINGS:
RIGHT BREAST:
Inferior breast slightly laterally, middle third, approximately 6:30, 3 to 5 cm from the nipple, there is linear nonmass enhancement extending 2.0 × 0.7 × 0.3 cm (AP × ML x SI) with mixed kinetics including washout. No associated T2 hyperintensity.
The remainder of the breast is unremarkable.
No axillary lymphadenopathy.
LEFT BREAST:
No suspicious enhancement or mass.

IMPRESSION:

  1. Linear nonmass enhancement in the right breast approximately 6:30, 3 to 5 cm from the nipple. Further evaluation with diagnostic
    mammogram and targeted
ultrasound is recommended. If there is no mammographic or sonographic correlate, the linear
nature of the nonmass enhancement warrants biopsy and necessitate MRI guided biopsy.
