Has anyone dealt with PMDD to the point where it was recommended to get a hysterectomy leading to surgical menopause?

I’m struggling with PMDD and constantly given antidepressants to help manage, but it doesn’t work. one month I may be fine the next month I’m drowning and I really need help on figuring out the issue because I can’t continue on like this. I also struggle with OCD so when I do end up getting going through a depression episode, I’m constantly obsessing over intrusive thoughts. Has anyone else has been through this and what their steps were to fix it?
