I have recently incorporated a private limited company but going further I see crazy Compliance list and the cost of the compliance are too high for me. Is Closure of the private limited will be a good idea ?

Also I am unsure about the possibility of consistent operation of my Digital business and profitability. Hence I don't to spend 20k-30k annual fees on Audit and ROC filings.

Is closing the private limited firm and switching to LLP will be a good idea ?
