If somebody has a condition that is life ending, and they don't wish to take medical procedures for they feel they have lived long enough and want to die instead of living in agony; would not feeling bad for them (because it's what they wish for) be ethical as opposed to feeling bad for them?

By not feeling bad for them I do not mean simply being cold or indifferent, just respecting their choice and understanding that its the only path they wish to take, without feeling bad for them (because they would be happy)
