I am currently working as a wiper and will potentially be going to school for 2 years to get my 3rd A/E license but if that doesn't pan out I intend to hawsepipe. That being said, to work deep sea once I get my qmed endorsement I need an stcw along with rfpew. My question is, can I get my rfpew before my stcw or even before my qmed or is there a specific order I have to do this in. Its been pretty confusing trying to figure out what I need to work at MSC or NOAA.
