Looking for some Canadian credit card advice as I feel like my husband and I may not be maximizing our setup anymore.

Right now I use the TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite as both my personal card and our main shared household card. We’re also fully with TD for banking. We care most about travel rewards and redeeming points for trips.

I’ve considered switching to Aeroplan but am hesitant about feeling locked into Air Canada/flights only. I keep seeing people rave about Amex Cobalt too.

A few questions:

• Is TD First Class still considered competitive?
• Best travel-focused card for a couple/shared spending setup?
• Is Amex Cobalt worth it even if you bank with TD?
• Any especially good welcome bonus offers right now?
