At 5:20 pm there was an obviously lost dog running down the middle of 18th St. It is a black and white doodle type of dog wearing a black harness and dragging a 6ft leash.

The dog was heading southbound and was near the Brightwater Dr. intersection when I last saw him. The poor dog was super panicked and scared, and would not come to any of the people who stopped and tried to get close to him. I called the animal control department so maybe they could get him.
