The SMELL of my new generic
I’ve pretty consistently been receiving Epic 20mg with Northstar 10mg booster. I wasn’t happy but there were random days (usually new script time) when it would actually work. I lost my insurance this month and the pharmacy gave me Elite 20mg tabs. The first time i took it, I felt more lethargic and anhedonic all day. I did this 4 days in a row before giving up.
I’ve been trying to just utilize my booster tablets until today. I have a long work day ahead of me so I decided I was going to give them another shot. I opened the bottle and was hit with this pungent chemical like smell that actually made my eyes water! I can’t say I’ve ever been able to smell my meds before… that was enough to change my mind and not take them. Has anyone else noticed this with Elite or any other generics? Has Elite WORKED for anyone?
I’ve made some questionable self medicating choices in life before getting diagnosed, but this gave me such a bad feeling that I’m choosing to raw dog life and leave the stinky pills alone.
