1997 Mercury 200 Offshore, part numbers, serial numbers etc, where to start, can't match it up.

I've got no serial number externally. The sticker is worn off. The freeze plug and every old service record has 0G558813.

That number does not come up on several websites and does not really match up with Mercuries part lookup for the 2 stroke carbureted 200 motors on their online parts catalog.

How the heck do you find the manual, diagrams, parts. Think I need to rebuild the Carbs (leaking a little fuel and seemingly flooded), following a fuel tank and pump replacement. Is the part number on the carb, 3326-828272C going to be enough to order the rebuild kit? I do find matches with that but also have heard of people getting the wrong kit.

Thanks for your help working on my new ro.me Boston Whaler outrage 200 1997. Pics of numbers motors and boat included.

How to get these bolts off?

I want to remove a front seat. Broke these loose with an impact drill but they are just freely spinning and no way to grip them. Tried adding some WD-40 and putting some pressure with a pry bar and other tools but can't get them off. Any tips other than cut off with an angle grinder?
