Hi! I just started to get into fitness and I’m very excited to see the results - however the calorie counting app I use recommended I eat 1400 calories a day. I’m on day two of that, and it just feels wrong? My body feels like it’s screaming to get more fuel, I feel very tired because I’m barely eating

For context, I walk a lot, do a daily workout, but overall am sitting for a lot of the day. I’m 23 years old and 5’3”, I don’t know exactly how much I weigh but I’m guessing 130, and then guessed that I’d like to be at 120. My projected date to lose that weight is July 11th. I don’t quite know how to volume eat, but this feels pretty unsustainable. Will take any advice!

Extra context: I’m a singer so it’s really important to me that I get enough food so I don’t pass out on stage when performing!! (Also vegetarian)
