Kick Terms of Service agreement does not allow restream of sub-only content/lives

He is allowed to restream with commentary but once it’s sub only you are not allowed to. It’s considered intellectual property under the DCMA & company policy.

WTF does that even mean? Who is getting the money?!

Are they just collecting money to hand it out to each other. The verbiage is bizarre and doesn’t state clearly where it’s going.
