I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience with BLS Manchester, and how long it took after submitting additional documents.
Here’s my timeline: • Applied for Schengen visa at BLS Manchester on 23rd March to travel on 18 April • Application was stuck on “processing at mission” for several weeks • On 24 April, the consulate requested new flight tickets, hotel booking, and travel insurance because my original travel dates had passed • I submitted the updated documents on 26 April • BLS confirmed on 27 April that they forwarded everything to the consulate
So now I’m basically waiting for the final decision.
My question is:
Has anyone else been asked to submit new travel dates after a delay? How long did it take to get a decision after you sent the updated documents?
Just trying to understand whether this usually takes a few days or if it goes back into the normal processing queue.
