Hi, I just went for annual bloodwork. I didn’t expect to see an A1C of 5.7 and to get a message from my doctor stating that I am now prediabetic. How the F did I get here?? I’m terrified. I have an appointment with a nutritionist on Wednesday. Any supportive advice will help. Thanks.
