Better to print your notes instead re-writing it.

That reading, those notes or that article you keep saying you’ll read later...PRINT IT.

I swear it's easy to ignore materials when they’re just another pdf sitting in your laptop. You close the tab and boom! completely forgotten. But when I print something, I’ll leave the pages on my desk and I keep seeing them there like “girl you still haven’t read me”

It’s not even that I study better on paper, it’s just that I’m way less likely to forget about something when I can physically see it sitting there. Or something I can hold and feel in my hands. Especially for readings I’ve been putting off for days. Also you can avoid distractions when you don’t study on your screen.

I play a long-hour drilling sound and I don't turn it off until I'm done

Open YT, search for a ten-hour loop of concrete wall drilling. Lol I swear one particular video will appear. Set the volume to a level that vibrates right through your earcups and THE TAB STAYS PLAYING UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE. Clear?

Embrace the relentless screech of a heavy drill grinding directly onto your skull. (Think of a virtual lobotomy.) The bzz/whirr sound will make your skin crawl for shre, but realistically a person can resist. It did happen for me.

That brief sensory torture (unless you took the ten-hour study sesh seriously ..) will be worth it. Trust the deed!
