MINTZ background check

My potential employer has background and reference check through mintz global screening and they ask for 3 references. Problem is they only take mobile number and not email for communication. People travel all the time and I don’t have phone number of previous company employer. I read on Reddit that they don’t even attempt to send emails if someone doesn’t pickup call.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

My potential employer would be doing background and reference check through a third party and they will be sending me a link to add info. What all info am I supposed to add. Do I have to add 8 year old unpaid internship I did during university? It was more like project work

I just received a verbal offer from a company I was interviewing for last 2 months. They said they'll give a written after this and then do background check. Could anything go wrong in this? I am just very skeptical and anxious

I had HR, take home, Hiring Managers tech round, and then final on site round which was supposed to be for 1 hour but ended 10-15 mins early. I feel I kind of tanked it. They said it would be conversational and discussion with HM and senior analyst on team. SA asked me 1-2 resume related questions in which I believe I could have answered with more technical depth. They also asked some behavioural questions which I answered well. Then they gave background of the organization, team and what they’re working on. They asked me if I have any questions to which I asked lots of technical and work related questions. And after a point there was pin drop silence and awkwardness. They showed me around the building and stuff and done.

They said they’re finishing interviews this week and should get back by the end of this week or early next week. Interview was on Tuesday. Haven’t heard back yet.

Have I tanked it bad?

Hi,
I am interviewing for a mid level ML Data Analyst role and have so far given HR round, Take home, presentation of that and some other questions round, and now I have final in person round with Hiring Manager and a team member. They mentioned it would be more conversational and discussion with them. What to expect and how to prepare well
