My asylum case was closed after I withdrew it, and I later received a Notice to Appear (NTA). I currently have a VAWA case pending, and my lawyer is also planning to apply for Cancellation of Removal because I have been living in the United States for more than ten years.

I also have an 11-year-old U.S. citizen daughter who has been diagnosed with ADHD and depression. But my lawyer reopening my asylum case by amending it. My country situation has been changed last year thats why i withdrew it. But my lawyer saying situation can be changed again any time so she wants to keep all possible legal options open for me. She said that if one case is approved, she will withdraw or close the others. Is she doing right here?
