I am from Keralam here we use coconut oil and in my house we produce a lot and i don't know what to do with all here people are now using packed oil which artificial flavors are added and people think that is real oil so i can't sell it for so cheap. So i wonder do North Indians use it ? for cooking or not . or any restaurants use it or not.
