(18F)So 6 days ago I had my labrum repaired along with proximal femoral osteotomy and distal tibial osteotomy all on my right side. And the first few days where ROUGH, but the past two days as I’ve been weaning off my pain meds, and becoming more mobile I’ve been feeling so restless and wanting to be up and moving all day. I’ve tried going on walks in my wheelchair and I have been doing light walking with a walking aid but it doesn’t help😔

Does anyone have any tips on how to fill this need without injuring myself?
