Questions regarding Intresting Customs and Traditions of Karadeniz Region in Türkiye

I studied Turkish Customs and Traditions from Region to Region and as a Indian I have some questions
I am confused about how Religious or Orthodox the Country is by Region, I read that The Karadeniz Region is more Orthodox compared to the Rest of the Country and many Religious Hodjas in Mosque come from Karadeniz is that True? Also I heard that there is a phrase calling a Hard headed Religious Man as Ofu Hodjas due to Thier Religious Orthodoxy, is that saying true?
I have read that the Men from Karadeniz valued Political Leadership and there are Certain Clan structure there? Was Turkish Political Leadership dominated by Men from Karadeniz? Is it a Conservative Region or have they become more Liberal compared to Rest of Anatolia
Lastly what are the status of Women in Karadeniz Region?
I am studying the Customs and Traditions so I can have plenty of resources if I can create a Work set in Türkiye I want it to be as Accurate and True as possible.
