Hi folks, long time lurker and occasionally a commenter on here.
I've got a bit of a q for everyone please, and I apologise if it's been asked already. My card developed a fault last week. I reported it to DVLA, got a report number and was instructed to keep printouts for 15 days or until I received my new card. All good, seems simple enough.
My employer wants me to take two prints morning and evening, keep one and hand the other to the office I'm working for at the time (agency driver, please don't knock!).
My two Qs are thus. 1st, whenever I come to the wagon I'm driving in the morning, it's been loaded and shunted around the night before, and left on other work by the lazy yard men who load. Can anyone point me to a guide as to manual entries on the head to tell the damn thing that it wasn't me going over hours last night please?
Next, there's so many different opinions on what to say on the back of the printout, so can someone tell me EXACTLY what an Agent wants to see if they ask?
