My mom (bless her heart) bought concert tickets on stub hub. I’m an active ticket master buyer because they have NEVER done me wrong. We spent over $1000 for Bruno mars TONIGHT!!!! Mind you the venue is 4 hours away. She linked an email that she can’t access on her phone, okay. I call and change it to MY email. Then I try to “claim my tickets” and it says that I can’t because I’m not the sender or recipient. I was talking to customer service for over an hour. They essentially said they are handing it to a different department and to look out for email updates. Did we get scammed out of $1000 for these tickets, are we getting them at all??? The concert is tonight and I’m frustrated, angry, disappointed, all the things.
