I still cannot get Princess to provide my statement, and the cruise ended on April 25. Last time I checked my account total was -$80.00. Negative because they cancelled a morning excursion and my afternoon was full so they had to refund me. I had princess premiere package, so drinks werent costing me, basically everything was prepaid. I notice i didnt get a statement. i tried for a few days to download it but all it said was error downloading. I filled out a form online to get the statement = nothing, no response. I messaged online, and was told id get it right away = nothing. i messaged again and was told to wait 20-25 business days. WTF!!!
